**The Company**:
We are recruiting for one of the UK's largest and most prestigious whole of market Independent Mortgage & Protection Brokers.

As a highly respected name in the market, they provide mortgage/protection advice and complementary products to individuals/employees within major FTSE250 corporations. With a reputation built on trust and outstanding service they have continued to growyear on year, and are currently seeking home-based Mortgage Advisers to join their organisation in the Glasgow/Edinburgh area.

**_**The position is working with exclusive leads (all provided) and with a very competitive commission scheme of 50%, this position sees average earnings of £95,000+ with time._**

**The Position**:
You will be responsible for providing whole of market mortgage advice to mass affluent employees and senior executives looking to finance on properties from typically £500,000+. On occasion, you will be visiting major corporations across Glasgow or Edinburghto carry out one-on-one client meetings with employees looking to secure the finance for their residential purchase. However, 80% of your time will be home-based working and offering advice to clients over the phone from your client bank provided internally.

You will receive an ongoing stream of warm leads which will help you achieve a much higher commission margin than any employed position in the market (zero cold calling).

**The Person**:

- Previous whole of market mortgage experience is essential (minimum of 2 years +)
- Experience in dealing with customers over the phone and face to face
- Exceptional customer service
- Motivated and driven to run your own desk
- Fully CeMAP qualified
- Own Ltd Company already or happy to switch to going commission only
