Our vibrant and creative marketing team are looking for someone with real drive and passion to further advance the great results they’ve achieved so far across both sales and recruitment marketing.

**Role Overview and Purpose**:
Work closely with other team members to understand and deliver the needs of various marketing projects. Contribute ideas, plan and create marketing campaigns, content and collateral targets.

**Key Responsibilities***:

- Contribute to the development, execution and reporting of creative marketing campaigns to meet objectives.
- Build good working relationships with a range of internal stakeholders, providing the best customer service and appropriately representing the marketing team.
- Use marketing best practice and keep up to date with emerging trends.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team. Support on the planning and delivery of events.

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications required***:

- 2+ years of marketing experience.
- Relevant industry qualification is advantageous (i.e. CIM or Marketing degree).
- Personable and a team player who thrives in a busy department.
- Curious about data and interested in analysing the best channels.
- Some experience working with video and able to travel to our services occasionally for events, video / photo shoots.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
- Team player but able to work autonomously too.
- Enjoys working at pace, works well under pressure and can deliver quality to deadlines.
- Resourceful with a can-do attitude and a hands-on approach.
- Approachable, personable and a good communicator.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities accordingly.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
