**Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am
- 5pm & Friday 8:30am
- 3pm**

Tailor Made Sourcing are delighted to be working with a leading packaging organisation established over fifty years ago. Our client are seeking an experienced, creative and proactive Creative Marketing Designer to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing, creative and imaginative and can think outside of the box. You will need to be a self-starter and be able to work on you own initiative. You will take ownership of the brand identity and marketing creation. Responsible for the website design and maintenance to ensure sales growth, partnered with creative marketing ideas and content creation. You will develop and maintain ‘Brand Identity’ and create strong, visual marketing campaigns to promote a group of companies.

**The Role**:
¨ Demonstrate high levels of creative enthusiasm, highlighting your passion through eye-catching designs

¨ Create exciting and engaging B2B & B2C marketing assets within set brand identities that the brand uses for advertising, promotion and digital use

¨ Support social media strategic post & content creation

¨ Management of the company’s website, driving traffic and exceeding sales targets

¨ Maintenance of the website - product updates, copy updates, product launches, homepage updates

¨ Assist with all marketing materials for all departments

¨ Artwork checking (labels, packaging etc.)

¨ Utilise creative design expertise to create and enhance various digital marketing materials

¨ Utilise product photography skills, including equipment usage, to capture and present products effectively

¨ Manage the photography process

**About you**:
¨ Highly experienced in using Adobe Creative Suite for design work

¨ Experience in product photography and equipment usage

¨ Strong communication skills for conveying design concepts and ideas

¨ Openness to taking direction and incorporating feedback during design review sessions

¨ Experience in Wordpress

¨ Strong understanding of design principles

¨ Ability to generate creative ideas

¨ Ability to think strategically about

¨ An “all-rounder” with a wide skill set who is happy to “roll up their sleeves” and do any job
