We are looking for a **female**support worker to assist a woman who needs help with personal care, mobility and loves being on the go.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in support work
- A full UK driving licence is essential for this role
- We have waking night shifts available on a Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
- A nurturing, supportive and patient approach
- Strong communication skills, being able to pick up on both verbal and non-verbal cues

Job Title: Support Worker

Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire

**Salary**: £12.60 per hour, £26,280 per annum. (FTE 40 hours per week, pro rata for part time)

Employment: Permanent

Hours per Week: Flexible - full and part time positions available

**Main responsibilities**
- To provide person-centred support to the people who use our services.
- To follow the support plans of the people we support and any other relevant documentation
- To support all people in line with their individual communication needs
- Assist with daily activities, which may include medication administration, and personal hygiene.
- Maintain open communication with the people we support, their families and within the staffing team to ensure needs are met effectively.
