- Talent and Skills Advisor (Programmes)The Talent and Skills Advisor, reports into the Talent and Skills Manager.

The main purpose of the job is to:
1. Co-own and deliver development programmes for V&A employees and other stakeholders, to include:

- Induction
- Health and safety
- Line manager development
- Technology (digital) skills

2. Collaborate with the Talent and Skills Manager, EDI and Sustainability Leads and other stakeholders to co-design and deliver L&D solutions aligned to V&A goals

3. Collaborate with the Talent and Skills Manager and project leads to advise on and co-deliver programmes related to project implementations such as opening two new visitor venues in East London (V&A East). For example, deliver digital, systems and process training solutions specific to the needs of those venues.
