**The Role**:
Reporting to the Office Manager, the role is varied involving administration and manual tasks, split between the main office and warehouse. There will be clerical duties with documentation and IT, communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues, plus hands-on operations in terms of goods in/out and general support.

**Office**:

- Ensure documentation is accurate and filed correctly
- Assist with sourcing and quoting parts/materials
- Monitor stock and support auditing
- Assist with the switchboard and directing calls
- Support customers and colleagues with product or account queries
- Liaise with customers and suppliers regularly
- Support the Office Manager with order processing
- Greet visitors and prepare meeting rooms
- Electronically prepare delivery notes and arrange carriage of shipments via courier websites
- Collate information into budget sheets and track deliveries received
- Minute taking during meetings and distribution of minutes
- Manage and maintain accurate filing
- Any other Ad-hoc duties required

**Warehouse**:

- Package and ship parts orders in the warehouse
- Prepare international crated and palleted shipments
- Monitor and maintain the goods-in area
- Monitor consumable stock levels
- Monitor consignment stock levels
- Arrange and allocate incoming shipments
- Forklift operation (training can be provided)
- Sweeping of warehouse/workshop area
- Complete weekly Excel timesheets

**Personal Attributes**:

- Previous experience within an office and/or warehouse environment is preferred
- Competency within Microsoft Office is **essential**:

- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure and to schedules
- Self -motivated, organised and methodical
- Polite and presentable
