Nurture Care Support Services is renowned for its exceptional provision of 24/7 In-Home Supervision, Supervised Contact, and Independent Social Work Assessment services. As a distinguished provider of Supervision, Reports, and Independent Social Work Assessments, we cater to Local Authorities, CAFCASS, Solicitors in Private Family Law, and The Courts, earning us a top spot in the industry.

We would like to hear from caring, enthusiastic and dedicated team players with a can do approach who really care about the needs of children and young people. You must have a strong commitment to providing high quality care and support, an excellent ability to identify, assess and respond to risk. You must have experience in safeguarding children with knowledge and experience of working with children's care plans and risk management plans.
- **Main duties**:_
- Providing emotional support & guidance to children & young people in crisis
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children / Young People under our care.
- Collaborate with professionals and the team to provide holistic support.
- Complete and manage paperwork, report writing, Care Plans, Risk Assessments and record keeping for all children.
- Assisting and be involved with children's health and wellbeing, activities and appointments.
- Liaising with social workers and attending meetings.
- Promoting and supporting the child's education in all areas.
- Working with some of the most complex and challenging children and ensuring they are safeguarded at all times.
- **Skills / Requirements**:_
- Minimum Level 3 Diploma / NVQ in Children & Young People's Workforce or equivalent (at least 6 months experience within the last 3 years working alongside children / young people within the UK).
- Must have Right to Work documents and be a resident of the UK.
- Full Driving Licence (essential).
- Full Enhanced DBS (essential).
- Experience working with children and young people in a residential setting / supportive / supervision setting.
- Knowledge of The Children Act 1989 and Working Together to Safeguard Children Framework and an ability to work within statutory guidance.
- Excellent writing skills to complete comprehensive daily reports
