Health Care Support Worker

The main duties of the post are to provide care for individuals accessing Primary and Community respiratory services across Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Health Care Support Worker to join our caring and professional nursing team delivering care to people accessing primary and community care nursing and respiratory services across Aneurin Bevan University Health board.
You need to have a good standard of education, a caring attitude and the ability to be flexible to service needs. Also important is being able to work as part of a dedicated team and the enthusiasm to learn.
Ability to travel easily between sites is essential.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

**The successful applicants should have**:
Recent NHS or primary care experience within the last 12 months is essential.
Experience of working with patients with chronic disease or respiratory conditions would be an advantage.
A proven track record of being reliable and dependable.
A flexible approach to work would be a great advantage.
