**Job description**

**Your Responsibilities**:
As a team leader, your role is critical in ensuring not only the successful completion of projects, but also in inspiring and guiding your fellow team members. Your responsibilities go beyond just showcasing your expertise, as you will be tasked with leading, mentoring, and nurturing your team to reach their full potential. Your responsibilities include:

- Overseeing a diverse range of projects, including loft conversions, extensions, roof repairs, repointing works, brickwork, plastering, and groundworks.
- Collaborating closely with your team to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
- Upholding our standard of excellence and fostering a positive and harmonious atmosphere within the team.
- Providing support and direction to team members to overcome challenges, using a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Ensuring your team always delivers on high-quality workmanship.

**We are looking for a Team Leader with the following skills and experience**:

- Relevant experience in similar roles
- Solution-oriented
- Clear and open communication
- Extensive experience in: Brickwork, Plastering, Roofing, Joinery
- Friendly, approachable, and well-presented
- Dedicated to delivering high-quality standards
- Available to interview immediately
