Our client is a leading independent adviser firm operating throughout the South of England for over 30 years. Providing friendly, helpful & impartial independent financial advice from the whole market. They look after over £125 million of client money. Theynow have a vacancy for an experienced, IFA Administrator based at their busy Ashford head office. The job entails all aspects of administrative support for a successful and growing team of 16 financial and 4 mortgage & protection advisers.

You will be an experienced administrator with great IT skills and demonstrable problem-solving abilities.

**_Ideally, 2 Years of IFA admin experience is desirable, as is a high degree of computer literacy/competence._**

Operating in Kent for over 30 years the firm supports private individuals, companies, trusts, and charities with advice on wealth management, retirement, mortgages, and tax planning.

**The Skills We Are Looking for**:
- Problem-solving abilities
- At least intermediate internet, Word, Excel & Outlook
- Experience with XPlan is desirable but not essential
**Duties**

The job involves
- Administration and maintenance of client files
- Administration and maintenance of company records
- Developing use of the back-office system
- Liaising with system providers
- Scanning documents
- Fee and commission reconciliation
- File audit

Office hours are 9 - 5.30 Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch.

Salary £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience + benefits. There will be some flexibility for home working after a qualifying period doe. The office is just a few minutes walk from Ashford train station and there is parking on site as well.
