Do you have administration experience? Looking for a new challenge? Want to join a friendly finance team?

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous Administration experience who is looking to join an amazing family-owned company that is continuing to grow.

The role

This role will be reporting directly to the Payroll Manager dealing with all Payroll Administration duties as well as assisting the Accounts Payable team when needed:

- Managing the AP inbox
- Reconciling statements
- Managing and updating the database
- Updating direct debits
- Ensuring all paperwork for the payroll is correct
- Filing
- Other Ad-hoc duties

What you need to be successful
- Previous Administration experience
- Previous payroll experience (desired)
- Intermediate excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to build positive working relationships
