Junior Administrator

Burgess Hill

Permanent, Full-Time position

Monday to Friday, 8:30am until 5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break

20 days annual leave (increasing to 23 after qualifying period) plus bank holidays, Pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, employee referral bonus scheme

We have a fantastic new position available to join a friendly, award-winning team in Burgess Hill. This is a customer focused role within a successful manufacturing business where you will interact directly with customers placing orders for products andlook after them through their customer journey.

Experience in manufacturing administration is not required as full training will be given. However, you must have a positive attitude, confident customer services skills, be willing to learn, and be happy to work in a busy environment as this role will involvemanaging client expectations with a quick turnaround product.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Be first point of contact for inbound customers looking to place an order
- Process orders
- Answer incoming calls and proactively contact customers
- Complete the paperwork relating to customer orders
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer products are accurate and sent out on time
- Sending purchase orders and invoices to clients

**Requirements**:

- Experienced at handling customer queries
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service
- Timely oral and written communication
- Ability to work in a busy environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure
- High level of administration and organisational skills
- Be a team player
