Restaurant Supervisor

The primary role of the Restaurant Supervisor is to lead a team who will provide excellent customer service to our guests during their dining experience in our restaurant. You need patience, perseverance and personality to thrive in this role.

Your responsibilities include;
- The day to day running of the restaurant
- Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure effective operations of the restaurant, particularly in their absence
- Training of new team members
- Writing and executing staffing plans
- Stock control and ordering
- Working cohesively with the bar, kitchen and upper management departments
- Maintain cleanliness and high standards
- Providing the guest with excellent customer service and ensuring all members of the team can provide the same standard
