Responsible for ensuring successful delivery of all client related activities associated with implementation of maintenance, engineering, and project support in the Industrial Services area. This position shall lead their direct reports and ensure that all Client and Company’s operational, commercial and HSEQ expectations and targets are met. Further, expectation to drive innovation and improvement initiatives from conception to implementation with the wider Integrated Services Contract (ISC) leadership.

**Commercial**

Monitoring and accountable for the Industrial Services account, forecast, project budgets and costs. Resolve any difficulties and their commercial implications with the team.

Oversee the management and the selection and requisition of all plant, equipment and materials on the contract

Ensure optimised deployment and performance of human resources to achieve or exceed performance targets.

Support commercial and finance departments in the preparation of valuation and invoices, including ensuring accurate time writing / cost allocation within the Operations team

Continuously look for margin improvement and recording via our Bilfinger transforming operational performance tool

Customer

Customer management liaison for the FM work stream, always looking for continuous improvement

Ensure that all client expectations are delivered and follow up on enquiries and demands promptly

Continue to think outside the box and be innovative for our customer in line with other ISC management

Cultivate and development good customer relations

**Safety**

Contribute to and drive the ISC safety culture to all Industrial Services employees within the contract

Promote safe working practises and safety awareness through implementation of the HSEQ Plan, safety campaigns, safety meetings and briefings.

Ensure that all operations are reviewed and planned at a high level to ensure compliance with company and legislative requirements

Ensure that all equipment and working practices are monitored to ensure compliance

Conversant in Safety and Operational requirements within the Oil & Gas Industry.

Ensure that all corrective actions from accident / incident investigations / audits are closed out in an expedient manner and learnings are embedded within the FM work stream

**Logistics**

Ensure that all client logistics requirements are fully met within the FM work stream

Support the team in their efforts to on board labour and analyse/rectify any shortfalls in the process with the team

**Ops and Technical**

Strong working knowledge of core disciplines i.e. Scaffolding, Painting, Insulation, Passive Fire Protection and other industrial services Inc. Specialist Cleaning, Architectural, Abseiling, Asbestos, and Pressurised Habitats

Support the planning of specific work scopes/campaigns in line with other ISC Leads where required

Communicate team goals and promote high standards of workmanship and customer service

Ensure all activities including those of sub-contractors are managed

Experience of leading, coaching and developing a team

Ensure provision of technical support to offshore and onshore teams across all disciplines

Attend project kick-off and review meetings where necessary

Collating all necessary information to support in delivery of monthly / quarterly operational meetings

Review CTRs and ensure project estimates are completed in a timely manner

Carryout 6 monthly offshore / site visits for good workforce engagement in line with ISC Engagement Plan

Lead the team of Project Engineers / Co-ordinator and provide day to day operational support to the team

**Personnel**

Liaise with HR Team to assist in recruitment, induction and deployment of personnel

Undertake assessments of team members using appropriate standards of competence

Manage all aspects of Industrial Relations and discipline within the team.

Ensure that all appraisals are conducted for all staff / operatives / supervision under their control in accordance with company requirements
