Role: Quality Manager

Location: Hereford

**Salary**: £36,000 - £38,000

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quality Manager to join a leading engineering company with an international network of facilities, serving a wide range of industries including aerospace, defence, automotive, power generation, oil & gas and transportation.

Key requirements are to:

- Ensure that quality and environmental management systems are maintained, updated and improved and represent best practice
- Ensure the site retains and obtains all necessary quality, technical and environmental approvals
- work with the site management team to ensure all processes and equipment remain compliant with internal & external requirements, most particularly ISO9001, AS9100, NADCAP and BS14001
- Act as management representative for the QMS and be a champion for business improvement
- work with the site management team to ensure that overall business objectives are met.

Qualifications, experience and skills:

- Degree or BTEC(HNC/HND) qualification required in an Engineering based discipline
- A good working knowledge of both quality management systems and thermal treatment processes
- Attention to detail with unswerving accuracy and dedication to customer service

Salary / package:

- Eligible for annual bonus
- Pension - match contribution from 4% - 10%
- Life Assurance - 2x annual salary rising to 4x within Company pension

- An entitlement to full pay whilst off sick for a limited number of days (in addition to your statutory sick pay entitlement)
- 25 days holiday plus national holidays
