**Overview**

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team here at Fourstones Hexham. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the process within our Production environment, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Hours of work are a three shift system; 6am-2pm; 2pm-10pm; 10pm-6am

**Duties**
- Operate production machinery and equipment.
- Pack product according to specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area within the production area.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work over time when required

Pay: £27,500.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
