Are you looking to work in an established nursery that offer a natural approach, high quality teaching and learning opportunities and not to mention fantastic resources and a brilliant outdoor area

We are looking for an Experienced Room Leader who can lead a room, supporting their team of staff and able to work with our wonderful team of staff in our beautiful recently refurbished, outdoor inspired nursery.

Relevant Childcare Qualifications are essential along with previous childcare experience and a caring disposition.

Knowledge of the EYFS and a good understanding of the responsibilities of the role are essential.

You must be able to manage your time and responsibilities well, ensuring that standards are being maintained consistently, as well as following the EYFS & our nursery created curriculum, implementing next steps. Building on your relationship and understanding your individual key children's developmental needs.
