**The Role**

We’re looking for an experienced **SIA Door Supervisor** to join our team at a busy venue in **Westhoughton**. You’ll be part of a professional and friendly crew who take pride in keeping the venue safe and enjoyable for everyone.

This is a weekend role, perfect for someone who’s confident dealing with the public, calm under pressure, and committed to delivering top-class customer service.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Managing guest entry and exit in line with venue policy and licensing laws
- Checking IDs and assessing customer suitability
- Carrying out searches where required
- Monitoring venue capacity and helping with crowd control
- Conducting regular patrols to maintain safety and security
- De-escalating situations and handling incidents professionally
- Liaising with emergency services when needed
- Representing both the venue and Equipt in a positive, professional way

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence** (required)
- **At least 2 years’ experience** working in bars, clubs or similar environments
- **Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work** (or equivalent)
- **WAVE and ACT certificates** (required)
- **5-year checkable work history** - essential for BS7858 screening
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Smart, professional appearance and good situational awareness
- Calm and confident under pressure
- **Own transport essential**:

- Applicants must be **18+**

**Hours & Pay**
- Fridays and Saturdays: 8:00pm - 1:30am
- Around **11 hours per week**:

- Occasional Bank Holiday shifts
- **Paid weekly**

**Additional Info**

All applicants will go through **BS7858**screening and background checks in line with **SIA regulations**.
