Our client, a National Facilities Management Service Provider, are currently on the look out for a Contracts Manager in the Scarborough to oversee the Facilities Management Service delivery for a private sector client. The contract is based across 3 sitesall based on the Yorkshire coast and include both hard and soft services. The role will include the management of a team of 4 people.

The Ideal Facilities Management Contract manager will have a solid facilities management background (ideally electrically qualified) and looking for the opportunity to work in a management role. A strong customer service background & proven contracts managementis essential. We are looking for a people person who is familiar with CAFM systems and be able to manage and motivate a team.

In return our client is looking to offer the salary of £40,000 per annum plus benefits package
