Our Accommodation site in Cambridge has 80 rooms, providing a home for 16-25-year-olds. We have a fantastic team of accommodation workers, providing ongoing support and encouragement to the young people living at Queen Anne House, which is located in the centre of Cambridge by Parkers Piece, easy to get to via public transport, or if you travel by car we have free onsite car parking too.

**Job Role **We are recruiting for an Accommodation Night Worker to work full-time overseeing the safety of YMCA Trinity Groups residents, staff and premises between the hours of 10.00pm and 8.00am. To ensure that designated areas are clean, secure, and safe.

The role will also involve assisting our Accommodation Project Workers with the admittance of residents and staff and to make scheduled security checks ensuring noise and disruption are kept to a minimum.

This is a 40 hours per week post. Worked 4 shifts on, 4 shifts off.

**Skills and Experience **In summary, the successful applicant will have the following qualities:

- A good level of education
- Experience of building management or maintenance
- Good interpersonal skills
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be able to work unsociable hours, including some public holidays / weekends on a rota basis
- Have excellent communication skills

**Salary and Benefits **£21,931 per year, 40 Hour pw.

**_Sessional Contracts Available too _**
- Some of our teams have the opportunity to work flexible hours on a sessional contract as a relief night worker, picking up shifts that fit round their availability. _
