Park Blue Homes are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, motivated, and committed individual to join our Northern team to introduce, develop and expand a new specialist therapeutic service for our children and young people, as well as our staff teams across our group of children’s residential homes.
This will be an ever-evolving role and will allow an individual to have control and considerable authority over the direction of this new service and provide an opportunity to grow and expand this area within the company. The role will primarily involve planning and implementing focused therapeutic support for each young person which will also involve a significant amount of contact time with our children and young people. It will also require regular reviews of individual plans for each young person and co-ordinated working with other agencies and the management team.
This will encompass travelling and spending time at each home with both the young people and also hosting reflective workshops and supervisions, with the whole or individual members of the staff team. The aim would be to provide a holistic approach which supports the child to recover from their difficult experiences and to have a new experience of fulfilled and safe relationships. This will be achieved through regular clinical supervision and consultation and inter working with external agencies and our management teams.
We offer competitive rates of pay and annual bonus schemes. UK BASED PRACTIONERS ONLY THAT ARE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO THE COUNTY DURHAM AREA OR WHO ARE HAPPY TO MAKE THE COMMUTE SEVERAL TIMES PER WEEK. SOME HOME WORKING WILL BE POSSIBLE BUT NOT PERMANENTLY.
