**Due to company expansion, a great opportunity has arisen for an additional Full-time Holiday Park Maintenance and Grounds Person to join the team at Bennane Shore Holiday Park and Spa**_**.**_

**Full Time Permanent Position. 40hrs per week - Mon-Fri**

**Assist the Maintenance Manager with the following duties**:

- Maintain and landscape Park grounds, including grass, hedges, play areas and gardens
- Some hard landscaping, fencing, drainage etc
- Assist the team with siting and de-siting of caravans and lodges
- Carry out minor caravan repairs and maintenance
- Maintenance of holiday park buildings and public areas
- Work on your own and as part of a team depending on the job

**Required Personal Skills**:

- A trade preferred
- Competent in the use of all grass cutting equipment, towing, tractor and manoeuvrability etc.
- Professionally presented
- Friendly and Professional Manner
- Positive and flexible
- Good communication skills
- Safe working practices
- Driving Licence essential

Experience in the Holiday Park/Hospitality industry or similar is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. The position would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors in a relaxed hospitality environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Girvan, KA26 0JG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
