Your next role
We’re looking for someone to coordinate on the planning and delivery of a first-class match and events programme across St Mary’s Stadium, Staplewood Training Ground and AFC Totton. The Match and Events Coordinator will also act as our Disability Access Officer and will therefore have responsibility for the development and delivery of a complete Access Strategy across the club.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and support the delivery of all matches and events across the club.
- Ensure that match and event documents are in place and events are sent out to key stakeholders in a timely manor.
- Attend and participate in weekly meetings ensuring accurate and up to date information is communicated with the relevant stakeholders.
- To attend the Safety Advisory Group meeting ahead of concerts and large events.
- Help build and deliver a strategy that puts our fans, customers and other visitors first so that everyone receives an excellent experience at Saints.
- Act as our appointed Disability Access Officer, as defined by the UEFA Disability Access Officer Handbook.
- Develop a clear and precise understanding of all existing relevant legislation, guidelines and best practice
- Work with our Disability Liaison Officers and Supporter Services Team, who are the initial point of contact between us and external groups, including supporters.
