I'm hiring for an exciting opportunity in Leeds City Centre for a Collections Paralegal to join a well-established and internationally recognised Law Firm. You will be responsible for service delivery in high-volume telephone collections and recoveries environment, representing the firm and contributing to the success of the business through the ongoing development of client relationships. So what's the role? - Handling inbound and outbound calls in a pre legal collections environment - Proactively identifying potential issues and suggesting solutions to improve the clients experience and your own technical knowledge - Proactively processing and working a full case load of pre-legal collection matters Assisting in the development of more junior colleagues where appropriate - Supporting with client review meetings - Supporting in the billing and MI of clients What am I looking for? - The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks - Debt Recovery, Call Centre or telephone based Customer Service experience - Excellent interpersonal skills - The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines - Computer literate including proficient use of Microsoft Office - Intermediate level skills in IT, particularly Microsoft Excel and in undertaking administrative activity. - Ability to drive your own development and collections/debt recovery knowledge What's in it for you? - Up to £25,500 per annum DOE - Amazing Leeds City Centre location - The opportunity for hybrid working after your training period - The opportunity to work for one of the "big six"
