**JOB DESCRIPTION - LUXURY BRAND AMBASSADOR**
Maison Francis Kurkdjian was created in 2009 following the meeting of Francis Kurkdjian, a renowned perfumer with scores of successful creations to his name, and Marc Chaya, a former associate of Ernst & Young. With a focus on deliberate and sound international expansion, Maison Francis Kurkdjian is currently present in 40 countries with a desire to be the most Contemporary Luxury Fragrance Maison in the world and to share The Art of Wearing Perfume with all.
**MISSION**
The ideal Luxury Brand Ambassador for Maison Francis Kurkdjian is passionate about fragrance with a love for the products, respect for creativity, authenticity and a focus on detail and quality. In your role, you are responsible for driving fragrance sales by achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing a personalised luxury service to customers. Through your passion for the brand you will demonstrate an attitude that benefits Maison Francis Kurkdjian always.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
SALES:
- To be an expert on fragrance, able to evoke passionate responses to fragrance notes to inspire and gain new clients
- To provide advice and guidance for other Luxury Brand Ambassadors to develop their own fragrance knowledge and confidence
- To pro-actively sell Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers
- To be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets, as set by your line manager
- To be aware of Key Product Indicators (KPI’s) and how to achieve them

SERVICE
- To be knowledgeable on all Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and be able to propose personalised products to clients and confidently and appropriately overcome any objections
- To initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping
- To identify, understand and reformulate the client needs
- To develop personal relationships with clients and to gain loyalty
- To educate clients on Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and the brand

GENERAL
- To participate in merchandise management and ensure that it is in line with Corporate guidelines
- To monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Account Manager and ensure that there is sufficient levels
- To conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks
- To be accountable in your role as Luxury Brand Ambassador and represent the brand at all times
- To adhere to all Company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook
- To build relationships with store management and adhere to all store policies and procedures
- To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team
**POSITION WITHIN THE TEAM**
Reports to: Area Manager
**CONTACTS AND RELATIONSHIPS**
Internal: Area Management, Other Team Members, Head Office Maison Francis Kurkdjian and LVMH HR Team
External: Maison Francis Kurkdjian Cliental Base, Department Management in Host Store
**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
In order to be successful in this role, you will be:
- Creative; able to recreate the emotions in clients of what fragrance was designed to encapsulate
- Tenacious; willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer leaves having received the very best in luxury service.
- You will be driven and results orientated, seeking out ways to continually grow the business through events and counter activity.
- Self-confident, you will be able to approach and engage with customers at ease, using your strong selling skills to chase that extra sale. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge on the brand through excellent communication skills, be able to identify key products that would suit the customers’ needs.

**Job Type**: Part-time
