**Team/Function Overview**:
Privacy Client Relationship Services (PCRS) team works with a diverse group of stakeholders around the world to ensure the protection of Citi's data. Citi is looking for a Relationship Manager to grow and drive its privacy strategy by supporting and creatinrelationships with Business contacts during initiative onboarding.
The PCRS team is part of Citi's Cross-Border Data Clearance (CBDC) unit which is responsible for facilitating a compliance review of data transfer requirements. Located in Tampa, Delaware or Belfast, the PCRS Relationship Manager will interact daily with initiativeowners/stakeholders to collaborate on the design, development and review of global strategic initiatives' due diligence driven by data privacy processes, standards, and procedures globally.
**Role / Position Overview**:

- Develop metrics to track, demonstrate and expand upon the compliance to privacy, outsourcing and bank secrecy laws and regulations globally that support effective and efficient onboarding operations.
- Manage CBDC Initiative Onboarding process enhancements, partnering with other CBDC teams to develop improvements that also benefit business stakeholders/initiative owners.
- Showcase the importance of Privacy to key stakeholders and senior leaders via great communication of complex frameworks into understandable and actional requirements.

**Development Value**:
You will gain valuable insight and exposure to Data Privacy regulations and outsourcing aspects.
You will also obtain knowledge of wider Citi landscape working with all functions and core businesses in this role. This is an opportunity to work with many other Global Functions teams and shows skills.
**Knowledge/Experience**:

- Experience working in related industry or disciplines (e.g., risk management, regulatory compliance, incident response management, PII inventory assessments, information security)
- Track record of interfacing with and presenting to various Senior Management organizational levels
- Process Improvements/Automation experience advantageous.
- Exposure to data analytics.

**Skills**:

- Excellent technical proficiencies in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to create and maintain complex reports, trending.

**Qualifications**:

- CIPP/CIPM certification advantageous
- Bachelor's degree/University level degree
**Competencies**:

- Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a complex environment with multi-location team structure
- Ability to collaborate and influence internal Business stakeholders through highly developed communication skills
