**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages, responding in a timely manner to foster community engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative campaigns that align with our brand objectives.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
- Support the analysis of social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Help maintain the organisation's online reputation through effective public relations strategies.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).

**Qualifications**
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- A passion for social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Previous experience or coursework in public relations or communications is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and adapting to changing environments.

Pay: From £100.00 per week

Expected hours: 16 per week
