Platform Engineer
- Salary up to £65,000 + Benefits
- York office 1 x per week

Platform Engineer Overview:

- You will be hands on with an extensive understanding of the AWS lifecycle.
- You will be joining one of our delivery teams where you will get to work on some of our most exciting projects.
- Throughout your role, you will be involved with some of the best digital programmes that there is.
- You will be working alongside the wider team of Developers, Architects, Designers, Analysts and Product Owners to work towards a shared goal
- We provide additional training and development opportunities by some of the best in the industry
- You will have the opportunity to achieve your AWS certification

Platform Engineer Requirements:

- Commercial experience of designing, deploying and managing enterprise cloud environments.
- Experience of containers and container orchestration
- Strong AWS exposure
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- In-depth configuration management, automation and scripting using tools such as Python, Ruby and Go.
- Exposure to iterative/agile development methodologies and experience of enabling team delivery through technology.
