CCTV Systems Engineer ( CCTV, Camera’s, NVR’s, Service Desk, Support, Active Directory, Routing, Switching, Firewalls)

Charles Simon Associates are currently recruiting a CCTV Systems Engineer in Coventry for a leading organisation in their sector.

Location: Coventry

**Salary**: £23,000 per annum

Skills/requirement for the CCTV Systems Engineer are:

- To act as the primary point of contact for CCTV related support
- Monitoring all required CCTV assets (Camera’s & NVR’s) and ensuring they are in good health.
- Maintaining an auditable inventory of CCTV assets installed across all sites.
- Investigation and analysis of footage required for investigation and incidents across all sites
- Log all queries on the Service Desk management software ensuring 'tickets’ are fully noted, categorised and assigned and managed within SLA’s.
- To be able to provide meaningful instruction to users at their technical level of understanding and be able to advise users on best practice (eg. file management and storage issues).
- To provide general support including support Microsoft Office products.
- To administrate company mobiles phones and provide guidance.
- Administration of user accounts using Active Directory.

The responsibilities for the CCTV Systems Engineer would be
- Provide the highest level of first line user support, both technical and non-technical, to new and existing Clinical and Administrative members
- Undertake any reasonable request within own competencies and understanding.
- Ensure the security of data and adhere to the organisations policies & procedures at all times.
- Provide any additional support to any team member as required.
- Uphold procedures and guidelines set out by the Digital Services Department.

Desirable skills for the CCTV Systems Engineer
- Hardware break fix (Laptops, Printers, Faxes, photocopiers, scanners, body cams)
- Network Accounts, Firewalls, Routers/Switches, MS Exchange, Servers, VPN, Telephone System, Active Directory ,Group policy
