**Job Overview**

As a **Junior Marketing Associate**, you will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, engaging with customers, and helping to increase brand awareness. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in direct marketing, sales, and customer service while developing valuable professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the execution of direct marketing campaigns.
- Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions at events, retail locations, and pop-up promotions.
- Deliver product knowledge and outstanding customer service.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
- Work towards and exceed individual and team sales and marketing targets.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Assist in event setup, promotional displays, and branding activities.
- Take part in ongoing training sessions to develop marketing, sales, and communication skills.

**How to Apply**

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
