White Label Loyalty is a software-as-a-service company providing customer engagement and retention solutions for large enterprises all over the world. They are growing fast and working hard to shape the future of loyalty.

They are now looking for a passionate Data Apprentice to join their team in Leeds. Currently, they have employees are now based all over the UK and beyond, as they have flexible working hours and the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis once fully trained.

If you are eager to learn, have excellent communication skills, and are looking to work amongst a team of experts, then this is the role for you.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Data Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Build and maintain data visualizations
- Utilise BI tools
- Propose improvements to data reports
- Support other employees across the business to understand and access the data they need
- Generate ad-hoc data reports

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic team.

**Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge**:

- Eager to learn, strong interest in data
- Fundamental knowledge of SQL - beneficial
- Knowledge Power BI/tools - beneficial
- Ability to work independently
- Problem solver
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and English
