Coln ward Ward is an award winning is based in the beautiful town of Cirencester. We provide sub acute care & rehabilitation for patients with a range of conditions & needs,

To maximize the health outcomes of our patients, there is close collaborative working with colleagues in the acute trust & our community colleagues, including them in discharge management.

We have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join the leadership team with this busy and award winning team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual that enjoys working closely the senior management in promoting safe care for the patients and promoting Trust initiatives. Applicants should have post registration experience or goals to increase their leadership skills and knowledge, for both ward and Trust values and objectives You must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills, & be committed to providing a high standard of patient care. We would expect commitment, flexibility & demonstration of trust values & in return we offer a range of training & development opportunities to enhance your career.
