**Responsibilities**
- Engage with young people through various activities, including educational programmes, sports, and arts and crafts.
- Provide mentorship and support to help youth develop essential life skills.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of workshops and group sessions tailored to the needs of the participants.
- Foster an inclusive environment that encourages participation from all individuals.
- Monitor the progress of each youth participant, providing feedback and reporting on their development.
- Collaborate with parents, schools, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each young person.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, incidents, and progress reports as required by organisational policies.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience working with children or young people in a mentoring or educational capacity is essential.
- A background in teaching or special education is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with young people from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of youth work principles and practices is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Pay: £24,420.00-£26,330.41 per year

- Driving Licence (preferred)
