The Sales & Client Services Coordinator is part of the Commercial Team, working as a bridge to the Finance Team to process, monitor and oversee orders, ensure quality control and manage the estate and renewal listings for software licensing. You will work directly with both clients and resellers on specific client accounts, ensuring billing and delivery of revenue is executed accurately. The role includes working with the marketing team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials.

You will act as single point of contact for our international sales team when working with global Operations, Support and Finance teams.

Time management and communication are the key to success in this role. You will be expected to operate in a fast-paced environment with a varied role, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Renewals - monitor accounts and keep license management records, engaging with the clients to confirm orders and subsequent renewals
- Maintain schedule management to keep a handle on connections between renewal and invoicing
- Order completion - checking invoices and payments to successfully close each order in good time
- Provide excellent customer service, proactively keeping clients updated at all stages
- Continually keep our sales system, HubSpot, up to date throughout the order and license management process, storing invoices and dates when any follow up or action was made on each deal within HubSpot
- Marketing tools - assist with maintaining and updating marketing tools as and when required
- Working with IT to highlight pre and post-sales support requests, ensuring a smooth and successful sales process.
- Maintain client tracking data following exhibitors’ sales deals
- Undertake territory analysis, providing an ongoing central resource program, listing UniqueX installations by territory to allow for renewal and upselling

**Essential Skills**
- Quick to learn, understanding what is required and taking accountability to ensure delivery is successful
- Ability to prioritise and respond at pace
- Confident in stakeholder management at all levels
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong competence with numbers. A key element of the role requires the generation of invoices and reconciliation of account statuses
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify errors in calculation
- Fluent in spoken and written English with exemplary grammar and communication skills

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience using Hubspot
- Additional languages beneficial
