Training Instructor Mena

To deliver a wide variety of medical courses to students across the UAE.Delivering the courses in English or in Arabic through a bilingual instructor. The instructor will also be required to do the associated administration and work with the centrally based admin team.The instructor can also be required to work on new course development and all aspects of updating current courses. Job holder to promote and adhere to the company values of quality and compliance with current legislation.

**Essential Job Functions**

The job holder will undertake some or all (but not restricted to) of the following responsibilities:
Liaison with Senior Instructors and direction of any queries from the military to the Lead Instructor.

Deputies for the Senior Instructor in their absence.

Attend training tasks as instructed by the Lead Instructor and Senior Management team.

To complete administration tasks as delegated by the Lead Instructor.

Ensures that all training equipment used is serviceable and fit for purpose and informs the lead instructor of any deficiencies.

Delivers courses as instructed by the Lead Instructor.

Oversees student discipline and informs senior team members of any issues.

Carries out daily and weekly checks as detailed in the Medical Training Equipment.Daily/Weekly Checks and Replenishment Procedures.

Aids in the compilation of reports on training and any adverse/notable events occurring during training delivery.

Maintains good personal discipline and conduct while instructing on courses.

Aids in the review and development of courses as required.

Attends faculty meetings as required.

Ensures all work is in line with groups’(Prometheus MENA) procedures and policies.
