**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Electrical Estimator & Project Manager** to join the growing team at **Justin Bucknell Electrical** — a trusted name in residential and light commercial electrical installations across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

In this dual role, you will be responsible for surveying, estimating, quoting, and managing a wide range of electrical projects, particularly in the **Solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, and air conditioning** sectors. You will play a key role in ensuring the accurate pricing of works and the smooth delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

**Key Responsibilities**

**As an Estimator**:

- Carry out detailed site surveys and client consultations
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations and scopes of work
- Identify and specify required materials and labour
- Submit professional quotations and support the sales process with clear, customer-friendly communication
- Ensure all pricing reflects current costs, technical standards, and compliance regulations

**As a Project Manager**:

- Oversee the successful delivery of electrical installations and upgrades
- Coordinate internal engineers and external subcontractors
- Attend client meetings and act as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, costs, and quality standards
- Carry out site audits and ensure full compliance with H&S and NICEIC standards
- Prepare and deliver project documentation, RAMS, and handover packs
- Report weekly to management on financials, KPIs, and site activity

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Qualified Approved Electrician** (Preferred NVQ Level 3 + 18th Edition)
- **8+ years** of hands-on experience in domestic and commercial electrical installation
- Strong knowledge of EV charge point installs, consumer units, solar PV, and general compliance
- Preferred to Hold **C&G 2391 / 2394/2395** (or equivalent)
- Proven ability to **quote and manage electrical works**:

- Personable, organised, and capable of communicating clearly with both engineers and clients
- Strong understanding of regulations, safety practices, and customer care
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)

Pay: £40,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
