**JOB TITLE: Regulatory Advocate**

**PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years**

**LOCATION: London**

**SALARY: up to c£58,000 (£DOE)**

**THE ROLE**:
A fiercely sought-after position has become available to enhance your experience within a renowned
regulatory body as an experienced Regulatory Advocate. The key duties of this role will include, advising on investigations, interpreting rules and regulations, drafting and reviewing documentation, liaising with outside counsel, conducting case to answer assessments, drafting notices of charge and providing contractual and other non-contentious legal advice. This role offers exceptional exposure for those building their regulatory career.

**THE CANDIDATE**:
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a current practicing certificate, you will have substantial experience within a regulatory body or a related field. You will be familiar with the freedom of information act, data protection and GDPR matters. Exceptional advocacy skills are essential, as is the ability to effectively communicate with investigators throughout the course of a case. To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communications skills both verbal and written whilst been able to be concise and accurate. This role requires excellent prioritisation and meticulous attention to detail, which will enable you to analysis information/evidence and in turn will lead to great decision making.
