We are looking for a football coach to lead our current on-going football sessions on Tuesdays (4pm-6pm) and Fridays (10am-12pm) in Driffield.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organise, and lead fun football sessions for children aged from 2-4 and 4-7 year old.
- Provide instruction and guidance to players / children of all ages and skill levels.
- Create and implement session plans that focus on skill development, technique, and strategy.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions and competitions.
- Teach proper behaviour management techniques to maintain a positive and respectful environment.
- Monitor players/children progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with other coaches to coordinate team practices and events.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working with children in a coaching or teaching capacity is essential.
- Sport / football coaching qualification(s) preferable but can be obtained.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate players / children.
- Ability to manage behaviour and maintain discipline in a group setting.
- Physical fitness and ability to demonstrate skills.
- First Aid qualification is preferable but can be obtained.
- Safeguarding children qualification is preferable but can be obtained.
