Bar Supervisor

**Alfa Leisureplex Group **has an opportunity** **for a **Bar Supervisor **to join our team** **based at the **Imperial Hotel, Ilfracombe.**

**About the Job**

As a Bar Supervisor you will be required to work **circa 40 hours** per week over **5 or 6 days **and the rate of pay for this role is **£10 per hour**. There will be the option to **live in** the Hotel if required.

You will have responsibility for the bar operation, supervising a small team. Your main duties include cellar management, stock taking and rotation and bar sales. This is alongside all other bar duties which will include serving drinks whilst operating and cleaning bar equipment. You will be responsible for the handling of payments, so excellent attention to detail will be required to succeed in this role.

You will also be responsible for the entertainment for the hotel guests including bingo, quiz's and calling raffles.
