**BACK OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER**

The team behind RAMONA, The Firehouse, and DIECAST is bringing the finest Detroit-style pizza to the high street with their new venture, Detroit Slims. This establishment is set to redefine fast food with a focus on delivering exceptional quality without compromising on speed. Detroit Slims is tailored for those leading busy lives, where time is of the essence. The restaurant will feature a streamlined service model that prioritizes quick turnaround times, ensuring that guests can enjoy their meals with mínimal delay.

**Reporting To**: Restaurant Manager

**Contract Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £12.50ph

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare ingredients and assemble menu items according to recipe standards.
- Ensure the kitchen remains clean, organised, and complies with all food safety regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and consistent food preparation.
- A passion for cooking and creating high-quality dishes.
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in the kitchen.
