Social Care Academy are looking for caring and compassionate people to support older people to remain independent in their own homes. In this role, you will be supporting clients with personal care, meal preparation, medication support, light cleaning duties and compassion and friendship.

**Role & Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing personal care to individuals in their own homes
- Supporting individuals with their medication
- Supporting clients with activities they enjoy
- Preparation of food and supporting individuals to eat and drink
- Companionship, light housework duties and recording information

**Skills and Experience**:

- Good communication skills both verbally and written
- Genuine passion for helping others and wanting to make a positive difference.
- Reliable, trustworthy and committed to work
