**Job Title: Warehouse Administrator**

**Location: Wimbledon, London, SW19 8UH.**

**Type: Full-Time, Permanent**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately process customer bookings and shipments, ensuring timely entry into the system.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to prioritise and facilitate order fulfilment and other warehousing tasks.
- Assist in maintaining precise inventory records.
- Conduct/arrange regular stock checks and support periodic stocktaking activities.
- Prepare shipping and export documentation in compliance with Beco Pets' standards.
- Maintain organised records of invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
- Respond promptly to internal inquiries regarding order status and deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and planning.
- Assist in generating and maintaining administrative reports to support warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of warehouse activities.
- Conduct/arrange quality checks on incoming and outgoing Beco Pets products, reporting any discrepancies or damaged items to the appropriate personnel.

You have some warehouse or administrative experience and are capable with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

You ideally have a basic understanding of warehouse management (WMS) and ERP systems.

You are trained (or willing to be) on Forklift and other warehouse machinery.

**Working at Beco**:
Your role may involve occasional lifting of moderately heavy items.

You must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment, on site 5 days per week.
