In collaboration with the awesome early-stage businesses we partner with, at Unleashed we believe that we can do so much better than traditional HR (shudder) and Training (groan) and blow best practice out the water At the moment, we’re a small but perfectly formed team of 10.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We’re seeking a truly exceptional and creative (freelance) content creator, to support us to produce insightful as well as practical articles, playbooks and infographics.

We constantly aim to broaden our reach and engage with our network of Founders, leaders and those passionate about working within people + culture, through the publication of content that both stimulates thought and challenges the status quo (some of which you can read here) and now we’re looking to work with a professional content creator to support us to produce and share more useful and usable content

**You will be responsible for**:

- Working collaboratively with our team of People + Culture experts to produce an array of high quality, thought provoking as well as damn right useful pieces of content.
- This will include the research needed to support and enhance each piece.
- Content might include thought leadership articles/blogs, practical playbooks or more creative infographics or video content.
- You will also plan and prepare social media posts to help us to connect and engage further with our community

**What We’re Looking For From You**:

- Required Skills:_
- Most of our community or clients operate in English, so high levels of English language are a must
- Copywriting You are known to excel at writing copy and editing. You love it It’s your jam
- A strong understanding and level of experience within business + the startup/scaleup world. Given our audience, being able to write relevant content and tailor a particular topic or idea to the challenges faced by these kinds of businesses, is vital.
- Excellent research skills. Whether that’s digging into neuroscience, sports psychology, or reading up on research papers on the link between psychological safety and high performing teams, it’s important that all of our content is well researched.
- Digital Design - we’re looking to expand the kinds of content we create by experimenting with both infographics as well as simple but energising video content.
- SEO optimisation - it is important for our content to be easily findable and most relevant towards our audience’s search queries
- Ability to use multiple platforms. We are open to what you use but it is important to be confident in tools such as Canva or Illustrator and of course platforms like LinkedIn (social media knowledge is a must as part of this too).
- How we show up for one another in the team is vital to our success. We're looking for:_
- Bags of curiosity with a love of working with lots of collaboration. This stretches to your ability to be challenged and receive feedback - we truly believe that two brains are always better than one so take a highly collaborative approach to the editing and tweaking of every piece of work that we produce
- A passion for People, Culture and Leadership. Given that all of the content that you’ll be producing will be in some way linked to these three topics, we want you to be as excited to get stuck in as we are We’re on a mission to kill HR and replace it with something far more human, and the pieces that we produce only support that
- Self driven with the ability to operate at pace. We’re keen to create more consistency with when and how we produce and share content

We’re looking for this person to be available for up to 2 days per week, and ideally able to start ASAP

This is a truly exciting role for an intelligent, driven, self-motivated content creator who has a proven track record of delivering high quality, thought provoking and useful written and visual content. If you have worked within people and culture, or for a startup or scaleup - even better (but not essential).
