**Internal Sales Coordinator required (immediate start)**

**The role is predominantly office-based Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.**

**Salary package - up to £22.000 per annum, 28 days annual leave, performance bonus, Company pension.**

Based in West Midlands_**Get Training**_ _**Ltd**_ are constantly expanding with a new range of learning options specialising in Gas, Renewable and electrician sector.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our small Team on a Full time /permanent basis.

As a Sales Coordinator You will work to satisfy customer's needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service orientated.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Producing quotes, raising sales orders and issuing credit notes.
- Updating the CRM system, ensuring system records are created
- Responding to enquiries from customers and suppliers in a pro-active and warm way.

**About you?**
- Experience in Customer Service or Sales Administration (at least 1 year)
- Experience dealing with customers on the phone and face to face
- Comfortable in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Keen desire to learn
- Competent in relevant IT packages especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to learn internal systems
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Mathematical skills
- Able to work without constant supervision and organise oneself and workload appropriately to meet the required standards
- Comfortable working in a family orientated environment.
