We currently have a number of Temporary Administrators assignment available within Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.These assignments vary in length between 1 - 6 months in the first instance and hours are Monday to Friday between 30 - 37.5 hours per week.
You will be working on aBank (0 hour base) contract with staffing solutions.

**Weekday**: £15.12 (£13.44 per hour plus 12.5% of annual leave)
**Night/Saturday**: £19.66 per hour(inclusive of 12.5% annual leave uplift WTD)
**Sunday/ Bank Holiday**: £24.19 per hour(inclusive of 12.5% annual leave uplift WTD)
As a Band 4 Admin Flexible Worker you will be allocated in one of our many and varied teams across the county.
You will be required to provide Admin support which may include the following the tasks.

Staffing Solutions is Oxford Health’s internal temporary staffing bank, we source our own flexible workers to cover administrative placements in a variety of areas across the Trust.

Pending on theTemporary assignmentyou may need to;
- To provide an efficient and effective comprehensive administrative support to the team/service
- Provide a polite and efficient reception service to visitors if required.
- To accurately type and distribute letters and other documents.
- To ensure that high standards of data quality are maintained.
- Setting up meetings, preparing agendas and minute taking as required.
- Suggest and make recommendations for improvement to existing administration procedures.
- To provide secretarial support to members of the team utilising a high level of IT skills to produce quality documentation to support the work of the team using the appropriate Microsoft software and adopting the Trust’s corporate standards and style
- To communicate confidential and sensitive information on patients and policy issues, and complex information on directorate issues to external agencies.
- Co-ordinate the diaries of team members.
- To raise and process invoices, tracking/monitoring of budgets as required.
- To update patient records as required and ensure that the Trust’s databases are up to date and all clinical data is entered appropriately.
- To order, maintain and distribute equipment and supplies for the Team.
- To collate staff records regarding training, annual leave and sickness leave etc.
- To undertake any other duties as requested on behalf of the Team.
