The Seasonal Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers of this successful firm, including helping them with any product knowledge guidance or general support. A passion to deal with customers face to face is a must.

**What can you expect day to day?**

As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, you will be fun, engaging and have a can-do attitude. We are looking for confident and target-driven individuals to join our vibrant team in providing excellent customer service at high footfall locations. You don’t need to have extensive sales experience - it’s all about personality and capability - if you’re willing to learn, we’re happy to coach

The festive period is one of the busiest times of year for us, if you're looking to work a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same then this will be the job for you

**Your main duties will involve**:

- Offering customer care, brand representation, product advice, and assist with sales conversions at the point of sale.
- Working in a relaxed, unsupervised environment managing and promoting sales
- Being part of a rapidly growing organisation

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Have a student mentality and ambition to win
- Are passionate about working with people and maintain a positive can-do attitude
- Have at least three days availability (between Mon - Fri 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM with early finish Fridays)
- This Sales Assistant opening is not a work from home position; you must commute to our office in the Sheffield City Centre
