We're looking for a hands-on Breakfast Catering Supervisors for our site in Maple Cross (WD3 9XN), this will involve overseeing the Breakfast Service and Management of one of our onsite Operations **Responsibilities**: - Shift Management - Stock Control - Operational Standards and Documentation - Training & Development - Delivering a Great Customer Service culture with your team - Delivering a "Working in a Team" culture - General Kitchen Duties **Skills**: - Keen eye for detail - Ability to train, coach and inspire others - Passion for food and customer service - Clear Communicator both verbally and written - Professional attitude with a sense of humour **Working Hours**: - Full Time, Permanent - Monday to Sunday - Shifts to be worked 5 days from 7 days, hours between 04:30am - 12:00pm - Payrate: Depends on experience - £12.00 to £14.00 per hour **DUE TO LOCATION OWN TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL** **Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Discounted or free food - Free or subsidised travel - On-site parking Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Rickmansworth, WD3 9XN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Customer service: 2 years (preferred) - Catering management: 2 years (preferred) - Food preparation: 2 years (preferred)
