Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, and confident Service Advisor who is the main point of contact for providing a pro-active service to customers who are either requesting to schedule their vehicles in for a service, maintenance, or repair work. You will be answering phone calls or speaking to customers face to face regarding booking and arranging where necessary a courtesy vehicle.

Your main role as a Service Advisor is to be very organised and make sure you greet all customers in the Service Department and extensively liaising with the workshop to chase ongoing work, its progress and keeping in contact with customers informing them of the progress.

We are looking for an individual who is motivated and adaptable. Daily duties include:

- Customer’s interaction and communication
- Parts ordering
- Preparation of estimates
- Liaising with workshop
- Answering incoming calls
- Greeting and booking in customers
- Offering and making teas and coffees

It is a Full Time Role: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 18:00pm, Ideally work every other Saturday too AM only

Pay rate: £12 per hour

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
