**What are we looking for?**
- We want you to lead and develop our kitchen teams with good communication organisation
- Experience of working in fast paced, busy kitchens
- Train new employees
- Build morale and the skills of those around you.
- Have a passion for cooking and an input on seasonal specials and menu development.
- Ensure that kitchen services run smoothly and efficiently whilst delivering consistent high quality pizza
- Most importantly have a bit of craic when working

**WHAT'S THE DOUGH YOU SAY?**
- £27,000 per annum salary
- 5% bonus on successful completion of KPI’s
- optional overtime pay of £13 per hour

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**:

- 2 - 3 years' experience in a fast pace Pizzeria or 2 - 3 years' experience at a Chef de Partie level or higher
