**Salary: £22,000 per annum basic -+ commission (OTE £31,600) + additional upsell commissions.**
**Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm**

**About BCA Driver Sales**
BCA Driver Sales is an upstream remarketing channel which provides leasing and captive finance companies the opportunity to sell their vehicles prior to de-fleet day. Driver Sales is an end-to-end sales channel which allows our customers to benefit froma pro-active programme to sell vehicles to drivers, employees, and their friends and family.
The BCA Driver Sales team manage our customer’s branded sales programmes which typically start 12 weeks before de-fleet and finish before collection is arranged, ensuring this premium route to market does not interfere with existing remarketing channels.BCA Driver Sales streamline the remarketing process, delivering additional value to our customers and a great opportunity for drivers to buy their contract hire vehicle they have been leasing at a competitive price.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Driver Sales Manager, the position is based at BCA Remarketing Solutions in Wilmslow. Working as part of our successful Driver Sales Team, you will be contacting existing contract hire customers who have expressed an interest in purchasingthe vehicle once their lease expires. This well-established team only use ‘hot leads’ to generate sales through high levels of customer service, as the driver of the vehicle already knows the history of the vehicle and how it has been looked after. The rolewill be temporarily home based, moving back to office based once COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted.
Seeing this as an exciting new challenge this individual will use their drive and enthusiasm to achieve exceptional results in customer satisfaction.
**Description of Role**
- Calling potential customers upon request, selling the advantages of the driver sales programme.
- Building long-term relationships with our Driver Sales vendors.
- Strong negotiation skills to commit customers to buy and upsell additional products such as extended warranties.
- Obtaining accurate valuations of vehicles, utilising desktop valuation products to provide customers with quotations by asking a series of questions.
- Recording sales and order information, updating customer’s records.
- Resolving customer’s queries and giving them confidence in the driver sales programme.
- Working proactively to meet and exceed sales targets set by the company, earning commission for vehicles sold per month.
**Essential skills and competencies**:
- Minimum 2 years sales/customer service experience.
- The ability and desire to sell to customers through a customer centric approach.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, confident liaising with customers on the phone.
- The ability to confidently manage customer objections, whilst maintaining a great customer experience.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of the wider team.
- High levels of accuracy when dealing with pricing/data.
- A high-degree of self-motivation and drive.
- PC literate, with familiarity of Microsoft products to include excel, word, outlook and Teams.
- Motor industry interest or experience preferred but not essential.
